The Service

INVC lets independent service providers create and send quotes and invoices, accept payments, and send service notifications to their own customers. Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe; we are not a party to the transaction between a provider and their customer.

SMS messaging program terms

• Program name: INVC Service Notifications.
• Program description: When a service provider uses INVC to send you messages, you may receive transactional SMS related to your service — including price quotes, invoices, payment reminders, "on-the-way" and job-status updates, and post-service feedback requests. These messages are sent by your provider through INVC; they are not marketing or promotional.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies and depends on your service activity (for example, when a quote or invoice is issued or a job status changes).
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. INVC does not charge recipients for messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
• To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS. You will receive a final confirmation and no further messages unless you re-subscribe.
• To resume: Reply START to resume messages after opting out.
• For help: Reply HELP, or email support@invc.ai.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Provider responsibilities

Providers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining the consent of every customer they message, for having a genuine business relationship with those customers, and for the accuracy of the content they send. Providers must comply with all applicable laws, including the TCPA and CTIA messaging guidelines, and must not use the Service to send unsolicited, marketing, or unlawful messages.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, or using it to send unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent content.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Showrie LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
